Used product sold

Hi,

I ordered some Akasa Tim-clean together with a few other things yesterday. The delivery arrived today.

The Akasa Tim-clean however appears to be have been used already. The bottle is very dirty, with grease marks, and as the seal is broken it has leaked into the package. Thankfully everything else is sealed so it hasn't damaged the other things.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having, the item certainly does not look like a new product at all, I will post a new bottle out for you today.

Thanks for that, Mick. Everything else in the package was fine, so I'm not sure how this got in with it.
