That has happened to me before, it turned out it was the bank that stopped payment to make sure it wasn't a fraudulent transaction, was nice of the bank I thought but did hold up my payment until I contacted the bank.

Never mind, it's through now after I gave a call. They said that they're having some kind of software glitch that automatically sends out email that the transaction has been denied.
Ah well at least its sorted![]()
