According to the email and the price on the email send
The 'upgrade' replacement RRP cost 146.39
and 'orginal direct' replacement cost 90.92 (by return department)

I should be charged at 55.47 GBP.

In addition, why was not the return department contacted me before proceed.

There is still 'NO' update about my refund or missing game voucher since an acknowledge email on 15 Nov.

I still have no update from SCAN. I have send an email and got a reply from Mark that the issue will be taken care since the begining of Jan 2013.

There is still no reply or contact if the voucher will be send or refund shall me made.... could please someone from scan sort this out soon... this has been over 16 weeks.

There is still no refund or replacement of game voucher. Mark had responded to my email since January but there is nothing progress.

Could someone at SCAN chase and get this done? The matter started in Nov 2012 and now it is the end of Feb 2013 (4 months).

I guess this has been long enough... if anyone would agree...
