    Motherboard RMA

    Hi i sent my motherboard to you guys a few days ago (4) and i have had nothing back only an emailing saying

    Current status of your RMA: Awaiting Replacement / Credit

    We can confirm your returned goods have now been tested by our technicians.

    Please check your emails for further updates and thank you for your patience while we deal with your RMA.

    If it helps my RMA number is: 337244

    Just want to get this resolved as im using my crappy old slow PC and i go away on holiday this tuesday, I don't know whether the above is good news or bad? ]

    Just close this, i will just speak to scan directly.

    EDIT: They have sent me back my original motherboard and have also broken more from it like the sata cable slot has been ripped off and just looks like someone who knows nothing about PCs has been let loose on it, in the RMA tracking it says completed and the faulty bit says Yes to it being faulty and they said it didn't power on well thats obvious since i sent it to them because it started smoking for no reason, the guy i spoke to through email also said it was going to be replaced but behold they sent me my old one

    Any scan, reps able to assist me on why it was sent back to me when it was supposed to be replaced?
