    RMA: 5 Weeks and Counting

    I returned a pair of ASUS Radeon 290 graphics cards to Scan (RMA 336583) which were confirmed as faulty within two days and the status of the RMA changed to 'at suppliers'. However it's now been 5 weeks and no sign of the cards being repaired or replaced. I submitted a query asking what is happening (OLQ1237288) over a week ago and have heard nothing back.

    Scan guys, I'd be grateful if you could check on this and let me know how much longer I'll have to wait.

    Hi,

    The original card's being returned are to be credited. This information has been passed to us today by our supplier.

    As such we have e-mailed you offering alternative replacements (as the original reference cards are end of life) if you could please reply to the e-mail sent at your earliest convenience so that we can get the replacements shipped out for you a.s.a.p.
