    Rma 346683 & 341863

    Hello!

    Not to be a bother but do you guys know the status of this RMA? The site won't show me what stage it's at as it contains two different invoice numbers and I'll need to know if when things are going to be shipped back as I'm not sure what address I'll be at when it arrives.

    Also for the Gigabyte 670 GPU, what happens regarding a replacement? Will the manufacturer provide a new one, or will they even have these in stock?

    I understand that the testing team are around a day behind with booking in goods, once processed you should receive automated emails.

    The Gigabyte card will be returned to Gigabyte UK for repair/replacement.

    Hi Mick, cheers for the response. I just received an email stating that my RMA 346683 has been rejected, yet I cannot check why as the RMA has two invoices attached to it. Could you please tell me why it was rejected, I'm quite confused as I'm 100% sure the artefacts showing on screen and the smell of burning isn't normal.

    As well as this I have not been notified on the status of RMA number 341863. Could you please tell me what the status is with the keyboard too.

    According to the engineers the card has been rejected as there appears to be some sort of spillage / corrosion on the back of the card.

    The other RMA has now been booked in for you.
