Angry No RMA update in over a month

    Hello,

I returned my faulty GPU to scan at the beginning of January, and was confirmed faulty when it was tested. The last update I had regarding this was on the 13th of January. I have sent out many emails and customer service queries to scan asking for an update but have so far not had a single reply, phone calls have also proven pointless.

At this point I would very much like a status update on the RMA as well as a possible refund for the card.

    RMA: 348186
