After all the hassle I went through with the last RMA the replacement motherboard that you have sent me, apparently a new unit does not post and returns error 00 on the LED display.

It honestly looks to me from the fingerprints (not mine) and the scratches that you have infact sent me a second hand board.

Following our live chat conversation this morning an RMA has been issued for the suspected faulty replacement board provided.
Upon return subject to the reported fault being confirmed, as agreed on this occasion a refund will be provided.
As explained on our live chat the replacement board provided is new however all of the bits returned with your original board were swapped out and returned with your replacement.
