I had issues with my order and because I didn't have spare parts to test exactly which component was failing I was asked to return almost my entire order so scan can identify the problem.
RMA 363691 was raised, I sent my PSU,RAM,MOBO,CPU.
After scan received it, it was confirmed MOBO and CPU had issues and were replaced immediately and were delivered in 2 days, I was very impressed.
But I was expecting my PSU,RAM to be part of the delivery as well as with the replacement parts, but they were not.
I have called a few times as well and I am told they have raised it and will be delivered soon. But I have no email or tracking information on when the items will be delivered.
Can someone look into this ?
