Help with my RMA return

Hello,
I returned a faulty GPU last week and it arrived on the 10th of April, item has been tested and found faulty.
At the moment the status of my returned item is stuck to "Awaiting replacement / credit".
How long will it take to receive the replacement?

Hi,

A normal turnaround from receipt is on average 3 - 5 working days, I would expect your replacement to be dispatched for next day delivery today or tomorrow.
