| RMA Query Firstly, I raised an RMA over the easter weekend, very pleased it's already been approved  Simple query, it's been approved for a Credit rather than a Replacement... if I order my new card before the RMA has been "credited"... will this be credited back to spend at Scan or will it be refunded to my credit card? |

| Another question... On the first email I got from Scan it says to make sure the product is well packaged and returned by some form of registered delivery similar to that in which it was delivered... Had an email 5 minutes later saying that Scan will arrange for a courier to come and collect it... I assume this will be at Scan's expense? |

| Yeah - they just get city link to pick it up - can be from your work address too. Very good. You can also state morning or afternoon.
