The board has been under test since yesterday afternoon running orthos and left on over night its still running strong, Is there anything else you would like running on the system to try and replicate the fault ?

    Best Regards

Card arrived today, plugged it in, computer is up and running... i thought the laptop i was on was slow, but moving from a p3 900mhz/284mb ram, to dualcore/2048mb ram with 1680x1050 vs 1024x768, the difference is like night and day!

anyhow, being a passive card i was sceptical about the cooling efficiency - mostly due to the fact that i only have one case fan, and after 30 (maybe less) mins of playing Armed Assault the game started to lag, alt-tabbed out and the temp was 130+ so the throttling had kicked in...

so i've rested an 80mm fan on top the card (on the back of the heatsink) which is keeping it nice and chilled... would you guys advise popping a zalman cooler on this card as there is clearly not enough airflow in my case for the passive heatsink to work sufficiently
