Nick Meets ELAN from SCAN @ i31...

    Hi All,

It was great to see the amount of love and support SCAN gave the gaming community down at Multiplay's i31 event

Nick got face-2-face with the man himself to find out more...

    http://www.hexus.tv/show.php?show=129

    Enjoy !

    Andrzej

p.s. For those who may be unsure about the 'i-series', they are massive gaming conventions that happen 3 times a year at Newbury Racecourse. People camp out across the fields - while spending almost 100 hours playing in a huge number of tournaments. Think Glastonbury with PCs and you get the picture! The numbers are sequential - so i31 is the 31st time these diehards have come together. This was how the organisers summed August's event up...

"i31 has been a total success - possibly the most successful LAN we've ever run. 1,300 gamers, 94 hours of gaming, 18 tournaments, 90km of network cable, 300 raffle prizes, 200 people from our exhibitors and sponsors"

Was great to see a company like SCAN offering such a huge play area for visitors with - as Elan said - no price tags !

    Rare indeed

Must admit that this is the first 'i' event I have missed in a long time - was good to get Nick's video reports back...

...bit like walking past a bakery when you haven't actually got time to pop in and buy a loaf yourself
