Re: Not Happy Bunny Order delays

I must say I share the frustration.

I ordered a Q6600 Go on Wednesday 3rd October. Got stage 1&2 completed same day. Thursday nothing happened. Friday I rang asking why nothing had been picked when the product was in stock. Apologies all round Will get it picked & ob special delivery tommorow(saturday) , I asked if i could be contacted about progress . Saturday morning came & went, order was showing as picked. Rang saturday afternoon. was told that sayturday delliveries were not supported in my area & that, attempts to contact me were made on friday between 4:30 ~ 05:00 without success. That seems especially strange as both my wife & I were in. In the end i got the cpu on Monday AM.

Yesterday i ordered a gigabyte x38 mobo, estimated delivery date tommorow. Everything as order 1, again today about 2pm not pickerd. Rang & was told the warehouse mmanager would be contacted & asked to expediate order. Got back home just before 4pm still not picked. I rang & cancelled order, reordered elswhere.

I realise you have a large volume of orders but i am at something of a loss to understand the long delay until an order is picked & despatched.

Just got a delayed order notification on my 8800GT , I keep telling myself I shouldnt moan as we get free delivery but it does get frustrating after a while.
These days im more and more tempted to just go elsewhere to buy my goods just so I know exacly when things are gonna get delivered
