    Delayed order notification...

    "Thank you for your order from Scan.

    Please regard this email as a notification of delay in your order due to unexpected volumesin our warehouse. Please rest assured your custom is greatly valued and we will process your order with the utmost urgency. Your order has still been booked for a next working day delivery from the point of despatch and we will send further emails to confirm this."

    I'm seemingly not the only person getting this recently? I need this order this week, otherwise it's going to cause me a lot of trouble. If it's not going to ship tommorow, then I need to know so I can place the order on another site who will deliver.

    If there's a stock problem, then would appreciate being notified so it can be corrected - literally everything on the order can be changed to a similar item...

    I appreciate your feedback.

    To confirm e-mail confirms your order has been delayed due to "volumes", in the event of an issue with stock then we would confirm this and the automated e-mail you receive would state the delay being due to a stock shortage and the offending item highlighted along with a suggested replacement.

    Your order should ship on the next available day being today for delivery on Friday 11th, but please feel free to post your invoice number so I can ensure all is well.

    Hi Chris - thanks for the quick response. Invoice number is (edit). The site details one of the fans as preorder at the moment. It wasn't when the order was placed I understand the stock system can be a bit flakey sometimes. Happy to replace with 120mm Scythe S-FLEX SFF21F Fan 1600 RPM - Scan code LN17336 or failing that 120mm Noctua NF-S12 1200 RPM Quiet Case Fan - Scan code LN17318

    To avoid leaving this thread open - I've been in touch with Chris via e-mail. Fingers crossed it ships today for delivery tommorow.
