Can you confirm this is a new mouse or a returned item then passed onto me?

    Hi There

I ordered a MS habu and reclusa mouse and keyboard. The delivery arrived yesterday and the box didn't have any damage on it and the keyboard looked brand spanking new but the mouse box looks as if its been kicked around the world 18 times over.

When I opened the mouse it works but there are a few marks on it and the bottom of the mouse looks as if it's been used.

Here are a few pics of the box for the mouse. The whole thing was held together with tape to keep the box in one bit.

Is this a new mouse or a returned item?

I had the same problem, ordered a Razer Deathadder from Scan, the mouse I received has used and faulty. Scan admitted their mistake, had the mouse picked up and refunded me. Very annoying but good service.

The mouse is new from stock so looks like a busted box but Scan were good about it, offered the RMA and it's sorted

I had this same sort of thing with my Case I ordered. Got sent out the missing and damaged bits, but Scan said all their stock had the missing packaging...

mine did look used though TBH.

Yep, someone doesnt care about their job or the company. Seems to become an increasing problem as the size of a business increases

Just to update the thread, this issue has been dealt with - The item was new but had been in our warehouse for a while. The customer has agreed to keep the product with notes added to his account for future reference.

    Best Regards

The issue has been resolved and the Customer is happy, I agree the item possibly should not have been shipped out in this condition, but the product is new, which was the customer's query, which has been addressed.

A return was of course possible at our cost and re-shipment at our cost, however the Customer chose to keep the product itself is new.

Replace 'possibly' with 'definitely' and all's good.

Agreed, the item should never have left Scan like that. Irrelevant if it was working or not.

    Glad Customer happy.
