How long do refunds take to clear?

This isn't a rant I'm just curious. The RMA was incredibly fast up untill this point where it seems to be at a standstill.

SCAN received the item on Monday (collected Friday) tested same day, emails sent out saying awaiting refund and now nothing in close to 7 days.

How much longer will it be, roughly?

From experience, a refund usually takes 7-10 days to process with most companies once the refund has been issued.

Then from those 7-10 days it can take a further 3 to show on your bank account

Heh, as soon as I log in today and check my e-mail there's a nice new "RMA completed". Looks like it'll be about 3 days to get into my bank account.

last time mine got to that i had to have a moan on here a week later to get someone to hit the refund button.

its poor, they take the money on the spot and hang on to it for no good reason when its due back.
