    RMA tracking update and help.

    Hi
I sent a hd 7950 asus card for rma since it had over heating issue from day 1, i checked royal mail tracking and it said that the parcel had been delivered and had been signed by J Johny.I checked scan's ram tracking page and it was still showing a tick on "authorization".I just wana know how often does the page get update since my parcel was delivered this morning and ram tracking still doesnt show a tick next to "item received".Thanks in advance

P.s i know im not the only one rma'ing my items and scan has alot of other people who they have to help but since royal mail don't have a delivery history with me(i asked someone else to post it for me,little did i know he was gonna use royal mail) i just want to know so that i can start kicking their butts for wrong delivery.

    Manan,

Best bet is to submit a query via the Scan website and the returns team will chase it up for you, however depending on the amount of returns delivered on a day it can sometimes take up 48 hours for goods to show as received.

    https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/sup...px?QueryType=R

    Kind regards,

    Thanks mick =)

one more question, i asked for a replacement for my gpu when i called scan and asked for an rma but i was wondering can i get a refund instead because i've got more money for an even better card.

The gpu is definitly faulty as my pc was crashing in the game's menu with temperatures rising to 95-98c.Thanks again =)

    Manan,

Could you please confirm the approximate date you received the card and when the problem was reported to Scan?

Re: RMA tracking update and help.

    Manan,

A refund should be fine then, if you can submit a query or give returns a call tomorrow morning they will change to RMA to reflect a refund.

Re: RMA tracking update and help.

    Manan,

    No problem at all

Scan should still be able to refund the card providing that it is in the same condition as sold and returned with all accessories / software etc.

    Kind regards,
