After looking into this OLQ issue in a bit more detail it appears that for some reason when the OLQ was created for the order and bundle updates it had a zen email address on it.
I can see that there have been replies from the technical team advising on how to recover the BIOS and the profiles, but these have gone to the zen email address rather than the new email address that you are using.
I have resent the last email from the technical team to your new email address with the information you need and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
