I raised an OLQ for a presale query on Friday.

Just wondering what the average response time is and whether I can do anything to make you take my money any quicker

Jay / Jason (?) rang yesterday around midday to say he was off on his dinner but I was second on his list when he came back and that I wasn't being ignored.

I didn't for one minute think I was being ignored, I someone would just email me to say, "you need this <link>, everything else you've suggested will work fine, give us your money, thanks".

If there's a better way to do this, please do let me know. My office is now closed so email is the only way to communicate until Monday.
