On Friday 21st i received the following message in regards to refund request for a hard drive I found to be faulty, but passed Scans tests.
I replied to the e-mail on the same day, but I've heard nothing back. I resent the e-mail after several days of not hearing anything. After hearing nothing back after 24 hours, I then sent the contents of my reply through the query form. It's been a week now since I've hear anything.Further to your query, I can still request a refund for you but please be aware that you would be refunded less £10 + VAT to cover the cost of collection s the drive has not been found to be faulty.
Please advise if you would like to proceed.
My reply:
RMA #:329785Yes, I would like you to proceed with my refund.
I'm also interested to know where this collection fee is coming from as I already paid to have the product delivered back to Scan via Royal Mail recorded delivery.
