    ASUS R9 280X RMA Problems

    Hi there, I recently RMA'd my ASUS R9 280X DC2T 3GB to Scan and I am having trouble getting information on what status it is at. DPD delivered the package on Thursday 10/4/2014 in the morning. I logged onto Scan's online RMA tracking system and the status still says 'Authorised'. Can someone please inform me what stage my RMA is at ? I can PM the RMA number if needed.

    I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having, I understand that our returns team are currently working through a backlog which might cause a delay with booking in goods, if you can verify your RMA number I will look into this for you.
