Question 3XS PC Turns off within 5 seconds of getting to desktop

So my beautiful 3XS PC after 1 year has decided it won't boot properly.

If I leave the PC for a hour it will boot to the desktop for a few minutes. If i try to reboot immiditaly Ill be lucky to see the desktop for 5 seconds.

I went into the BIOS were the Scan team have their profile and apparently the CPU is running at 96'C -

This is extremely high and I fear the cooler is broken - though it is spinning and the lights are on.

Anything I can do? - or a warranty issue?

    Dan

    Beetyd,

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having with your 3XS system, at this stage I would recommend speaking with the 3XS support team directly.

You can do this by logging a query on the Scan website: https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/sup...mTracking.aspx

Or if you wanted to speak to support directly please call 0871 472 4747 and select options 1-3-1.

    Kind regards,
