Hi I have returned a PSU and got an email to say it had been tested. It reads as follows:
"Current status of your RMA: Awaiting Replacement / Credit
We can confirm your returned goods have now been tested by our technicians.
Please check your emails for further updates and thank you for your patience while we deal with your RMA.

However, when I enter the RMA Number: 337001 I get this message.
"
Error:
RMA not found. Please verify you have entered your RMA number and invoice number correctly and try again. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist. "
I emailed but as yet no response. The RMA number is new, the old RMA (item never collected) on the same item is 326615.
can someone take a look if you have time.
