I purchased a Synology DS414j last week and it is failing to boot, the power LED just flashes constantly.
I have followed the manufacturers advice and it appears the motherboard is faulty.
I have lost faith that this NAS will be a reliable backup solution and would like to return it for a refund.
It's now over 24 hours since I requested a return and over 48 since my initial tech support ticket, please can I get a response?
