How can i find out what my Hexus user id is?

Click My Profile (top right of your screen) then scroll down to the bottom of the screen, you'll see your Userid in the blue bar at the very bottom of your screen. That said: you're a few posts short for the requirement for free shipping (and if I may... 13 posts in 10 months or so may be considered a little light on the "community participation" front, but that's for the guys at Scan to decide.)

Found it thanks, however when i try to enter my details on scan it says it can't be found.

That's because you don't have the required post count as detailed here and here

Is there a restriction on time you have been a member to qualify for the free shipping? I only found this place while researching a new PC build so while I feel I'll easily hit the 20 post requirement I'll probably have only been a member for a couple of days before I order. Do you think this'll be an issue?

I'm not aware of a time limit. The post requirement is dependent on them being constructive though - so it may take a little while to get to 20, as very brief and simplistic posts don't qualify as being constructive.

Muninn - no. Just make sure the 20 posts are **constructive** not just saying "me too" or whatever
