    SCAN2HEXUS Not working

    I don't know why it's not working, but it just says "Your HEXUS account is not found - please check your details and try again. "

    Could someone enlighten me as to why?

    When you are logged into the forum you should be able to see a link with your Username on it, in yourcase look for RoryMcK. When you go to that page it will open in the MyActivity page, scroll to the bottom and look for the bit that says UserID, I think this is the ID you need to be able to activate your free Scan shipping offer.
