Not had this for a while but got it with my current order, It was listed as available when I ordered, should my ordering not have reserved the stock in your warehouse?, if its a case of your database listed stock and when the picker came to get it there was non there then you have a serious problem there...

got same issue got to phone them up cos they held my order yesterday because they dont have the free copy of acronis true image that i dont care about getting
had one but due to volume in warehouse, understandable at this tme of year, but ordered well within the cutoff period.
