    customer service

I would like to share some appalling customer service by Scan. Placed an order for delivery today (28th). Phoned CS this morning as it hadn't been picked or dispatched and hadn't been sent any emails regarding a delay. The person on the phone apologised that they had had a lot of orders and were not able to get them all out for delivery on time. I accept this does happen around this time of year. I was then promised!! that my orders would definitely be dispatched today for delivery on the 29th as a priority. I was also assured that all the items I had ordered were in stock and available in the qualities I had ordered. So the day goes on and I receive no emails about picking/dispatching my orders, but what a surprise I eventually get some emails telling me of delayed orders one down to you being too busy and the other because an item was out of stock. So Scan have lied to me about getting them out today and all the items being in stock.

Incase anyone from Scan can be bothered to look into this they are orders ****** & ******.

I don't see Scan keeping many of it's long time customers if you continue to deceive and out right lie to them.

i can understand the frustration, perhaps you should post again in the after sales section as you would have invoice numbers and need answers relating to those specifically?

    NoPrisoners,

If you can PM me the invoice number(s) for the order(s) I shall check into this further for you.

    Rgds,
And if the original thread title had been posted in the general forums, I would have edited too.
