    Question Help please with return of Asus Black Edition!!

    Hi there

    I'm hoping someone can help me

    I received an Asus X79 Black Edition motherboard and I'd like to return it for upgrading to a X99 system.. I've put in a Returns Query or two, but I've not heard anything back yet. Would it be possible if someone could let me know asap as I don't want to miss the 14 day return date? My query number is OLQ1445709.

    If you need anything further please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll do my best to get in touch as soon as I can. I've a 12.5 hour night shift at work tonight, but if anyone can help for tomorrow, I'd be most grateful.

    As it's being returned as an unwanted item you would need to arrange and pay for carriage back.
