I have been told numerous stories about my refund & after asking why it has not been processed I was finally told it was already processed on Monday which is why it says complete.
I was told "I can assure you the money has been paid to you definitely, that's garaunteed". Can I ask them why it does not show in my paypal account nor have I recieved any confirmation of it being processed?.
I know it may take a couple of days or so to show up in my bank account but it has not been paid to me because it would show up in my paypal first, immediately when a payment in waiting to clear.
I have already explained this to the representative yet he still assured me that it was all done on Monday morning. So why has paypal negated receiving any transaction back to my PayPal account?
I'm a new customer & so far I just want to buy my new GPU again after receiving refund as I was told it's too late to simply reorder with the money they hold.
Anybody know what I can do? As I have had 5 different stories about my refund.
I always get an assured response on the phone but it always turns out to be incorrect. should I trust scans statements again which up until now means I have to push them over & over again ? or show I go with a different story that it will take till the end of next week or maybe the other which says 24-48 hrs.
I feel other than some needing of a push i generally experienced that they would do what I asked after a couple of try's & we're polite but I'm getting a feeling that I'm just being pushed over aside & everytime & that the customer service justs reads what they see on the screen & don't understand that I know what's on the screen but they seem to always have a cover story.
I know this because they sound so sure about their statements but they don't realise I just rang somebody earlier or later & recieved an equally convincing story but opposes the other representative. I don't like going through this.
Customer service surely isn't to just read the policy terms & process in a general sense but to actually get off the chair & go see the guys in the wharehouse/credit refund team etc.
I know they have not been busy also as I was told by them.
Maybe I should not buy off them & try overclockers.After using the GPU I want im going to be building (hopefully) a whole new upgraded system & surely want that I'm receiving fair customer service from my future sales team if I'm going to choose them for a long time.
Im only interested in knowing because it will greatly help me to know roughly how long I will recieve it & will decide whether I may buy one or two gpus or one & something else.but the timing just happens to be crucial if I have to wait so be it,just will help to know if it's processed.
I having mixed thought about scan & hope they turn out to be good.
