Yeah sometimes this happens, we can't please everyone all the time unfortunately. The price you agreed to, you must have been happy with at the time. Naturally you can only account for that day, not future discounts. This is always a sore point in the industry as the price of technology does drop, even if it is days after release.

Sorry that you missed out on a small discount here - it's worth noting that you also saved £11.50 on delivery as you're a contributing Hexus member.

The official stance from our FAQ is;

When you place an order, the price that you see is the most competitive prices that we can provide at that time.
If you discover that the price has lowered but your order has been shipped then unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on the price difference.

Even the staff here wait for Friday afternoon TodayOnly deals... it's when all the best discounts are put on - hopefully this can save you more than £3 on your next purchase
