    Hmmm, I see that the listings have been updated again with the USB SKUs now listed as Retail. A little surprised that the 32/64-bit download variant is still OEM given comparative pricing.

    Lee, I assume MS/purchasers have come back with new info?

    Windows 10 will create a retail licence key for you during the upgrade.
    You can pull the key from the OS by using some third party software, (expertreviews.co.uk recommends Magical Jelly Key Finder).
    Then use the Windows Media Creation Tool ( go to microsoft's website /en-us/software-download/windows10) to create a bootable install media and install a clean install via that route.

    From my reading this key should be more flexible than the OEM key which is tied to that particular hardware configuration.
