    Just went to place an order and it's not offering free delivery anymore. Is this correct?

    After checking on your account your hexus free delivery is still active and applied.

    Please ensure that the order you are placing is over the threshold which is £20 EX VAT prior to any shipping charges and that it is not also a 3XS PC or Bundle as these as shipped on a higher liability of insurance and therefore not covered by the free delivery incentives.
