Issues with a bundle

Hi all,
I've been having a few problems with an overclocked bundle that I received last week. I waited until i got a new case to install it and everything seemed to be fine. I checked the clock speed of my processor (5820k) and it was saying 3.2Ghz when the bundle i ordered was 4.4Ghz. I don't want to go into the bios as the instructions sent with the bundle essentially said not to do anything in the bios. Can one of the guys from scan help me! Other than that I'm extremely happy with my order!

Trying something like Prime32 and while thats running then see what the clock speed is.
