    Ordered yesterday - still says payment not authorised

    As above, it still says payment not authorised but I've had an email saying it is authorised.

    Invoice 02468490

    Also not showing up on my order history for some reason

    Did you pay via paypal? It's happened to me once or twice - the problem was at paypal's end, not Scan's.

    No wasn't PayPal.

    They are shut so I'll give them a call Monday morning. It all seems to be processed fine but not had an invoice or confirmation and no order history. Tracking says that they have printed an invoice their end.
