Scan finance approved - when will my order be processed?

Hello, I have bought a product through Scan Finance this evening. The finance was approved and I signed the documents and put down the £20 arrangement fee. I was not asked to pay the 10% deposit, I don't know why (or will it have been taken from the direct debit that I set up?)

It all went through and said thanks for your order etc. and I have had emails from the credit company comfirming the order, but nothing from Scan. When is the order processed? I clicked for delivery for this Friday so want to know it will come then.

Also I sent it to the wrong address, I did not see the space to enter the delivery address, so it has been processed as my home address, when I need it sent to my work address. But I can't edit the order oor even view it because I have not got a order number or any confirmation at all.

What should I do?

Well, more like no one is home during the daytime, so it won't get signed it'll just get taken back to the depot, whereas I can have the receptionist collect it at work.

Unfortunately Finance orders cannot ship to any address other than the one on the agreement.

Aha, now I don't feel so bad about not entering my work address thanks for the info.
