Scan Finance- how long to order?

Hi i put an order through using the scan finance option last week. I received an email from the finance people on friday morning saying everything had gone through fine and that they had told scan to go ahead with the order. I called scan friday evening and saturday evening but was told that the order had not been put through yet.

How long does it normally take to get an order on the scan system once the finance people have okayed it? not that i'm impatient or anything.........

If the order is recieved before 12 noon, it will be processed and usually despatched the same day.

If its recieved after this time, it will be processed the next working day.

cheers, i'll give sales a ring to see if come through yet since its been a couple of days since it was sent. I just need to make some changes to it before you send it out!

Speak to payments other than sales.. it's really more their area...

Cheers, have done that. No sign of it coming through yet. Strange as V12 sent it friday.

I'll have to keep waiting, hopefully will still be today...
