Thumbs up Scan far too good!!!!

!!WARNING THIS IS A SCAN FAN BOY POST!!

Well anyway all of my friends have recently bought World of Warcraft, and I was started to feel left out (even though I had played previously, but I had the US version). Anyway I decided to order the World of Warcraft retail edition from Play.com, I ordered it on a sunday and thought oh that will be here on Tuesday at the latest. Oh how wrong was I, I sit on Tuesday afternoon with no WoW and feeling pretty stupid after now realising that Scan do have a gaming section (with WoW in stock!!!) and by now would have sent me at least 3 dozen copies and made sure that I had received them all in good condition (No I did not order 3 dozen from Play.com but only one ).
Also at the same time I had the urge to buy 2 Hitachi/IBM hdd's and raid them up but I realised I had no need for them yet and so sent a small email (without the order number) to the support team to cancel my order. They replied early on Monday morning saying it had been cancelled and I would receive a full refund within that week, but in fact I received it instantly and had the most cheerful cancellation email in my inbox. It was beautiful to be treated so nicely even though I had cancelled an order!!
From Play.com I did not receive any information that I had ordered at all and was forced to login to see the status of my order... quite simply pathetic, the people at Scan would be feeling sick at the thought of such a cruddy service. I fear now that I may never again order from another online store after having gone through the Scan experience, I know Scan would never hurt me in such a way and I will never ever order from another online store.
    So in summary:
Scan own and well basically everyone else doesn't. I love you Scan!!!!!! and I am soo sorry I did not order from you instead!!! I will never make such a mistake, please forgive me
