RMA of RAM and Faulty HDD.

In reference to this thread (DESPERATE! ASUS Barebones problems!) where I was having so many problems.

Due to the HDD being faulty (tested with Western Digital Disk Tools, Seagate Disk Tools) and in several machines. I would like to RMA the drive and the single stick of RAM I purchased as the one stick alone doesn't seem compatible with the M2NPV-VM motherboard (but two of them are?? how stupid lol).

How would I go about RMA'ing the two to get a full refund, sorry this is my first RMA with you guys (and hopefully my last) so not sure on how the procedure goes (can't see the link to flag it on myaccount etc...)

    Please help. Thanks.

If you want an RMA for these then the best thing to do is fill out the RMA form with the issues etc and returns will get back to you ASAP.

You can find the link for this HERE

Hello, just wondering if the RMA has been fully processed now as it has been stuck on step 6 of the RMA chain for awhile.
