Mitsubishi Diamond Pro monitors - where to buy in UK?

Aargh! My beloved Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 720 is breaking and I cannot seem to find anywhere that still sells them.

Does anybody know where I can get hold of a Diamond Pro 720/30 or 930SB in the uk?

    Help!

Looks like you're out of luck if you want to buy new, Kelkoo doesn't list anyone selling NEC CRTs any more. Personally I'd just buy something good for peanuts on Ebay (Iiyama use the same type of tubes don't they?). You can get a decent flat 21" screen for about £80 delivered now, or less if you're lucky.

I did have a quick google for ya but nothing I could see. I second Rave - Iiyama are pretty good, friends have 19" models and are still going 3 years later.

    If didn't have a 21" CRT already I'd be getting this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MITSUBISHI-dia...QQcmdZViewItem
and not passing the info on. Almost £40 for this 19" Diamond Pro - bargaintastic!

Don't know if you stilll want to know but i seem to remember that mitsubishsi took the pro off the market a while ago leaving the plus and might have even taken that off as well. They were seriously good crt's though, them and ilyama are really great.

Not much help to you, but my 720 started packing in a few months ago too - it was great - a very early example (PC was meant to ship with a 710, but the 720 turned up).

Thanks for the replies folks, I like the look of £35 for a 900 but it's collect only and I can't get down there, so it looks like I'm going to have to fork out for a new Iiyama Vison Master Pro 454 (but at £250 I'm waiting until this Diamond Pro 720 is completely dead)

Iirc the 930SB was dearer than my 454 Pro when I was looking.

Just had a look at the NEC-Mitsubishi website & they don't appear to be making CRTs anymore hence why you can't find ...

The Iiyamas are on Today Only at Scan - free shipping on a CRT should be worth a fair whack too.
