    Anyone used http://www.mynewcheap.co.uk ???
they have the Garmin Nuvi 300 for £70 inc, which is a reasonable price.

So wondering if anyone had any first hand experience as I've not heard of/used them before.

Not that cheap when you factor in delivery. My basket is showing up as £76.98 with delivery - exact mode unknown: it just says 'Standard Delivery' when I signed in with my Google Checkout account.

Note that they're selling a 'White box' product - euphemism for refurbished I'd imagine.

The product description mentions "FREE Life Time traffic Alerts", but I think that's for the product linked to just above that sentence - call them to confirm.

Be aware they have a 2.5% surcharge for credit cards (some info here about them from another forum, some of which may be outdated).

Finally read their policy about returns. Looks like buying this would be unreturnable under any condition except if it was faulty - read the list under "We will not accept cancellations for:".

Edit: They appear to be selling on eBay too - here's what I think are their last two sales.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You can get the same on Amazon for £69.99 with free shipping. And Amazon are good with returns, if you return items unopened in their original state within 30 days.

    "Product Description
These units are packaged in a white box with all the same accessories and printed materials as the equivalent new unit. Each unit has been quality checked by Garmin and holds a full standard 12 month manufacturers warranty......"

See here to read what's included.

    Re: http://www.mynewcheap.co.uk

I ended up searching the whole web for Garmin Nuvi 300 cheaper than My New Cheap and wasted at least 1 hour. Ive had one on order from Amazon for 1 week and they are saying they are expectnig stock before xmas.

Everywhere else is £90 or more. So i order from My New Cheap with my Google account and it arrived this morning with no surcharge but i did pay £6 fro delivery. They load on speed Cams free ;o)
