Which Silent HSF should I buy?

I am looking for a new HSF.

Looking to spend about £15-20 inc. p&p

    Any suggestions, guys?

My last one was Thermaltake Blue Orb II and I need one to be as silent as this.

Not a lot of choice for your budget, but I'd probably go for the AC Freezer 7 Pro which is about £15. I have the 64 Pro version for AMD platform, it's not silent but fairly quiet (of course acoustics are always subjective).

If the ACF7Pro seems a bit too common, here are some alternatives (plenty of choice actually - I haven't included some!):

Asetek VapoChill® Micro Ultra Low Noise
    Thermalright MST-9775 LE
    Akasa AK-960E
    Akasa AK-965
    NorthQ 3311A UFO
    Titan Fenrir TTC-Nk34TZ/R/V2
    Akasa AK-975
    NorthQ 3310BLA UFO
    NorthQ NQ-3317RDA Red Devil

A little over £20 (but closer to that free delivery figure):
    NorthQ 3312BLA 120mm GIANT UFO
    Scythe Shuriken Rev.B

Btw, according to FrostyTech Intel's stock HSF is apparently the 4th quietest (when the fan is at its max speed).

I have the Akasa AK-975 and I must say even on high fan speed it is extremely quiet during operation, and doesn't perform half bad either

Blue Orb II's screws dont screw and grip the clip holes anymore

Bought the AC7Frezzer and its crap! 900rpm at lowest speed. Even the generic one from a DELL PC in my mom's PC runs at 700rpm at lowest speed and sounds the same. What a junk!
