need a digital camera

We have a Canon A570IS which we are very happy with.
I wouldn't describe it as rugged exactly but its well enough built and takes good photos, especially good at macro shots.
You can pick it up for less than £100 now which is a good price considering the features.

Fuji F series are good in low light which makes them much more useful as an all rounder

decided on sony w220 ... bit more expensive than i intended but pics look nice and point and shoot full auto seems good which is what i want

seems to be a lot of fake pro duo cards about with amazon not stocking any and play only a few... went for a 8GB sandisk pro duo that play actually stock themselves rather than through a reseller so hopefully will be genuine :-/

amazon doesn't have the camera til sunday tho and i need it next week really... ebuyer has it... are they reliable?

ebuyer are reliable but as for the choice of camera, i would go for one that takes sd cards rather than sony's overpriced memorysticks. sd are way cheaper than memorysticks.
