Ebuyer replacement policy?

Hi all,

I'm shortly to be RMAing my Inno3d 7900GS to Ebuyer - I bought it in 2007, and it has a three year warranty.

Obviously this card is obsolete now, so I'm wondering what Ebuyer will do? Replace, or refund? If they replace it, will I get an equivalent model in performance/price? Do I get to choose (and maybe pay a bit on top for a more expensive card)?

They may repair it (or get it repaired) or replace it with a white box item. (One that has been repaired and tested to factory standards)

But the best way to find out is to ask them - they are the only ones to give you a definitive answer.

Didn't cross my mind to ask them when I rang them earlier Oh well

I know of one occasion where they refunded a 9 month old 7600GT to the full amount (£76 or so) and yet they still had stocks of 7600GT for like £35 :S

When i RMA-ed my faulty RAMs they refunded the amount paid as well.
