I've been a customer for a couple of years (nothing major - maybe £50 per year). Last night I made an impulse purchase, woke up this morning and decided it was a bad idea.
I sent an email asking about the procedure for cancelling, within a couple of hours it was cancelled. Just waiting for my refund. Assuming that comes through I can't fault the service at all - even though I've essentially not spent any money with them.![]()
