    ITC Sales Reputable???

I want a new monitor for Xmas, and the more i read about the Dell 2005FPW, the more i want it. It's pricey, but i was watching some stock at Aria but they went from 18ish in stock to 0 overnight, and the price rocketted up from around 320 quid (which was the cheapest) to 390 ish, like everyone else for when they do come back in stock.

There are a number of companies that are selling at this price, or there abouts, but froogle shows one company ITC Sales, selling a load more at the £323.13 price.

I've never heard of them, but have been buying stuff from most companies for over 5 years now from the net - are they legit? They have loads of "approved by" logos on, but to be honest that could mean anything.

Anyone got actually experience of buying from them??? (And i don't mean "oh they look ok....", sorry).

Thanks for this, i really want the dell monitor but dont want to get ripped off.

    Hi there,

I bought my Dell 2405FPW last week from ITCSales and it came last tuesday. It was brand new & fully boxed with all the items. It also came with a sheet containing information with regards to the 3 Year Warranty (that you must make sure not to lose!) incase you have a problem with the monitor.

I'm sure quite a few other people have previously ordered off them and have had good experiences with them.

Just to end this thread for any future person who searches, my monitor sucessfully arrived quickly, well packaged and dead pixel free. Absolutely perfect. And i saved myself 200 quid getting it from ITC than from Dell, but STILL comes with full 3 year warranty.

    Great. I therefore recommend them.

Yup. I had a positive experience with ITC last week. I did have to validate my credit card with some ID (they accept scans via email, not just faxes). The only reason I had to validate the card was because I'd forgotten to update the card address when I moved house recently!

I emailed them the ID on a Sunday, and when I called the next day to see if it had been accepted, I was assured by a friendly young man that he would call me back in five minutes to confirm. Not more than six minutes had passed before he called back to advise me that everything was fine, and that I should expect my monitor the very next day.

It arrived very well packaged, one dead pixel in the upper left (I seem to be the only one on the boards with a dead pixel on their 2005FPW ), and I'm enjoying it loads! Good service, secure transactions, good bargains and good delivery! ITC will definitely be somewhere I check in future for more bargains.

(Although I guess you have to bear in mind that this is just one single experience )

They haven't replied to the last 3 emails I sent after receiving second hand goods instead of new. Some of the items were scratched. A couple weren't even the right model. I'm currently threatening them with chargeback but they still haven't replied. Oh well, their loss I guess.

I've been debating whether to buy a Dell D610 from I.T.C. and I decided to contact them which i did on Monday morning. I spoke to one of there Telesales team who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. This alone filled me with confidence because some companies are not even helpful and no nothing about the product you are trying to purchase. After a little thought I purchased the laptop online Monday Lunchtime and it was delivered yesterday morning (Tuesday), what great service.

All I can say it has been a pleasure dealing with I.T.C., I now have a Dell D610 with 3 Year Dell Warranty and I saved £400 in the process.

Needless to say I recommend them and will go back to them in the future.

I could be wrong but it appears that you are an ITC representative posting here as a customer. That's just plain LOW.

    Hi Tboner

It seems you and scoobyboy are the same person posting on behalf of ITC.
    Please dont.

    Cheers.
