Anybody any experience with Specialtech?

Seen a few good prices on their website, and would like feedback about what they are like to deal with if anybody knows.

I'd be interested too, came across them looking for a sidepanel for my TT Armor. I'll be ordering next week either way. I can live with being ripped off for £20.

Specialtech are fantastic. Second only in my eyes to Scan. They can be a little more expensive than other places (like scan to an extent) but it's worth it because of the customer service.

There's no problems ever experienced with them, quick delivery, nice range of products

I've had some dealings and they've been great, including a failed waterpump casing.

Their customer service is fantastic. I had only bought one item off them a pair of medusa 5.1 surround sound headphones back in 2005. Just before the 1 year warranty was up, literally a week before back in August the mic went dodgy and was unuseable.

I contacted specialtech for a RMA, they offered to do a pickup for like under a tenner which isnt too bad but I decided to post it to them.

I had sorted this on a monday, sent it off on a tuesday morning to them and wednesday morning I already had my replacement headset! They must have literally just sent out the replacement before even receiving my defective one which I think is pretty damn decent of them. Top suppliers.

A guy I assembled a PC for bought almost all the parts from them. Excellent service - superb comms. And sent out some stuff they left out via overnight delivery straightaway without hassle. They didnt play the blame game or anything. One email to ask about the missing bits and they sent it out for next day delivery.

Yeah free delivery is ace! Plus they just have genuinely good customer service. I had a set of memory recently delayed by a courier problem so they sent me something extra along as a sorry.

Yea, if you are a regular on one of the various other technology forums its a similar system to scan.

They've been pretty good as far as I know, kemp uses em a fair bit and has never had a bad word to say, good enough recommendation for me
