    Angry Argh!

Just virus checked my pc earlier and a win 32 virus had apparently found its way into all my files, brilliant i think, in attempting to rid the virus from my hdd avg destroyed several files windows doesn't like running without.

yay another problem, so i go out leaving it to format and install 2000, and get in to find it doesn't recognise my router properly and then find that the 120gig drive i backed up all my music, videos, coursework (mine and my mates) and everything else is now not being recognised and its telling me that the drive needs to be formatted.

Now sitting here extremely annoyed on an old hdd with xp on trying to work out what to do

I've haven't got any viruses, ad-aware or spyware and i haven't even got a virus checker! I just check it every 4 months. The only virus i've ever had is msblast. Not sure what you people must be downloading to get so many viruses! o_O

Fingers crossed I haven't had many either.

I know how you feel with regards not being able to access that drive Knoxy... Remember my dilemma a month or so back??

Don't do anything to it that could harm the data, that's my advice!

My mate had some sort of virus a while back that infected literally all executable and program files on his drive. T'was nasty, caused him to have to reformat too
