Is the faster-than-normal speed worth the extra tenner?

there 1600mhz ram (exactly the same as the corsair timings volts etc just the ripjaws design) is only £55 at the minute .

Im glad theres little in it as i just purchased the ripjawsx 1600 as i thought RAM prices generally wouldnt go down further than £58 (it has but its ok ) dont want it to increase for anyr eason so bought it for when i decide if BD or I7 gets my money... when BD is out ofc .

Thanks for the insight to ram!
